This property may be rented by the night (selected nights, 3 night minimum), weekly, or monthly. A $500 deposit is required for all reservations and any rentals less than 30 days will be subject to 12% SLO County occupancy tax. $200 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply to all rentals.
